Use these mesh baking mats to produce an even bake on your cookies. These mats will leave a beautiful grid design on the bottoms of your cookie once baked!
Line your baking sheet with these mesh mats (no parchment needed!) They will help your cookies bake evenly.
- Oven safe up to 400° F (205 Celsius),
- Freezer safe.
- Hand wash in warm water. Not dishwasher safe.
- Food-safe silicone mesh
- DO NOT CUT MESH MATS. This will deem the mats unusable, compromise their integrity and deem them no longer food safe
- DO NOT PLACE MESH MAT DIRECTLY ON OVEN RACKS
Directions:
Rinse in warm water before first use.
Line your sheet pan with this mat and place your cut-out cookie dough directly on the mat. No need to use parchment paper.
Bake as you normally would
You can use this baking mat for multiple batches in a row before having to wash it (on the same day). Rinse in warm water to wash it and to deep clean, hand wash with a mild dish soap, and rinse in warm water. Be sure to rinse the soap thoroughly out of the tiny holes. It is normal for the mat to absorb butter/oils after each bake
