CORRESPONDANCE CAN INCLUDE HOURS OF OUR TIME. PLACING AN ORDER WILL GET YOU IN OUR QUEUE TO BEGIN THE PROCESS. AT THAT TIME, WE WILL REQUEST A PHOTO OF THE DESIRED STENCIL AND WE WILL DETERMINE THAT IT IS SOMETHING WE CAN COMPLETE. IF WE DETERMINE THE STENCIL CANNOT BE DESIGNED, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND AT THAT TIME.
