WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Bradford, Ontario Canada. Approximately 1 hour north of Toronto
DO YOU HAVE A STOREFRONT THAT I CAN BROWSE?
We do not have a storefront. We are an online shop only.
DO YOU OFFER PICK UP?
Yes, we offer pick up at our location in Bradford Ontario Canada.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE U.S.A?
Yes we ship to the U.S.A.
HOW DO I TRACK MY U.S.A. ORDER?
We ship with Canada Post. So initially you can track via Canada Post Tracking. Once your parcel passes customs and is in the U.S.A. , I would recommend tracking it via USPS. USPS has more up to date tracking.
CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW THE TARIFFS WORK?
Here are some things you need to know regarding the new regulations that came into effect on August 29th regarding the De Minimus Exemption. The exemption — which enabled Canadian businesses to ship products valued at less than $800 duty-free into the United States— recently was ended by U.S. administration. Now, these shipments might be subject to tariffs. Many of our products that are MADE IN CANADA, such as our cookie cutters, stencils and various other items, are protected by the CUSMA/USMCA agreement, which means there will be no duties required. All other items shipped to our US customers will require tariff payments at different rates. All tariffs (duties) will be calculated on our website during the check out process. These fees must be prepaid which means you will not owe anything upon delivery.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We offer shipping to the USA, France, Italy, Sweden, Australia, United Kingdom and within all of Canada. If your country is not listed here, please email us and we will discuss possibly adding your country to our list to ship
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
While we wish we could offer free shipping, it is not feesable for us as a small business to absorb these fees. We do our best to keep pricing low and have top level competive rates with Canada Post.
MY ORDER IS DELAYED, LOST OR MISSING, WHAT DO I DO?
While this is a rare occurance, it can happen. If this is the case, please email us and we will advise on next steps. If item is delayed or lost, we would file a claim with the carrier.
MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM OR IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
If an item is damaged or missing, we will take care of you and send a new item.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
We offer a RUSH option on cookie cutters for an additional fee of $25 CAD. This will guarantee with ship withing 24 hours (excludes weekends). This fee has no impact on shipping times.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM COOKIES?
Mary no longer offers custom cookies since transitioning to an online baking supplies shop
DO YOU TEACH COOKIE DECORATING CLASSES?
At this time, Mary has paused cookie decorating classes. Should she resume, it will be announced on her social media channels and here on our website
