I love chefmaster White, Red and Black gels. I have used them for years. I am very happy that I can purchase from Emma's Sweets. The white gel I use in every batch of royal icing, this makes my colours richer and more opaque and this reduces bleeding. Thank you Mary, for carrying this line of gel.
