Shipping policy

If an incorrect address is provided there will be no refunds. Buyer’s assume the responsibility for postage fees associated with any redirected delivery.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canada Post or any other freight forwarder. We do not offer refunds for late parcels

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. For international customers, please note that there can be customs/duties fees when your order arrives in your country.  You are solely responsible to pay for these fees.  If you refuse the order, they will send it back.  We do not accept returned items.  If we receive your order back, you will incur a 10% restocking fee, and charges for the carrier to send the parcel back.
