At Emma's Sweets, we design and manufacturer cookie cutters and stencils using premium quality materials. We source out the best cookie decorating tools from around the globe and bring them direct to you. We ship worldwide and offer local pick up in Bradford, Ontario Canada

Shipping/Returns

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays. We do not offer refunds for items that arrive late. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Should you have any concerns, please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. You are responsible for any customs/duties/fees incurred in your country. Should you refuse your parcel due to these fees and send it back, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee, plus any shipping and/or additional charges that apply. If we reach an agreement and we authorize a return, the same 10% restocking fee, plus any fees that we incur will be deducted from your refund
