Meringue Powder- Emma's Sweets

As most bakers do I stick to the brands I know and have trusted for years in my business and home. I need more meringue for a large order on a deadline and while my regular provider had it, it had become more costly than ever before. I scoured the web looking for local, Canadian alternatives and I found Emma's site.

The meringue was ordered and arrived the next day. I put it to use immediately and it is perfection. No grit, no excessive mixing and I actually was able to leave my icing (covered) overnight to use again the morning without any significant crusting and chunkiness. It smells and tastes delicious!!

I am so impressed by this company and will definitely be adding it to my list of regular suppliers.

I love this Meringue Powder! First, it smells absolutely amazing! Like vanilla powder. Other brands smell like eggs to me and Mary assured me her powder does not, and she was absolutely correct! Secondly….it’s a powder that you can use your own recipe/ratios with. I love that in a product!! When you can customize it to your own liking. If you are looking for a great meringue powder, look no further….this one is amazing!
