HOW TO USE YOUR ROYAL ICING TRANSFER
- Download your file after purchase and print it at home
- Place the printed design underneath a piece of acetate, parchment paper, or a transfer sheet.
- Secure the paper and transfer sheet so they don’t move while you work.
- Pipe your royal icing directly over the design, following the lines and shapes.
- Allow your royal icing transfers to dry completely. Drying time will vary depending on the size and thickness of your transfers and the humidity in your environment.
- Once completely dry, carefully peel the transfers from the sheet.
- Add your finished royal icing transfers to your cookies using a small amount of royal icing as “glue.”
HELPFUL TIPS
• Make sure your royal icing is the appropriate consistency for the design you’re creating.
• Allow transfers to dry completely before removing them from the sheet.
• For larger or thicker transfers, allow additional drying time.
• Store completely dried transfers in an airtight container until you’re ready to use them.
• Keep finished transfers away from moisture and humidity.
